1-1 Coaching

We provide 1-1 coaching for all kinds of people, helping them access hidden talents and inner resources, navigate challenges, and move towards meaningful goals that make a difference in their lives and the lives of others.

You can book a free 30-minute chemistry session with any of our coaches. We offer:

  • 3-session packages — ideal for those wanting support with a specific issue

  • 7-session packages — our most popular option

  • 6–12 month transformational programmes — tailored to your goals for deeper change

Group Coaching

Coaching within a team setting can powerfully strengthen relationships, emotional intelligence, communication, collaboration, and the capacity to navigate conflict. It can also help teams to:

  • Problem-solve and innovate

  • Respond to organisational change

  • Reconnect with shared values and purpose

These sessions are often booked at key moments for a team — when energy is low, change is happening, or new ideas are needed.

Within group coaching we often use Reflective Practice: a facilitated, confidential space where small groups reflect on real experiences together. A team member might bring a particular challenge, insight, or story, and the group listens with care and curiosity, offering perspectives that deepen understanding. This process helps teams build resilience, strengthen trust, and move forward with greater clarity and cohesion — especially in environments where emotional demands and complex dynamics are part of everyday work.
