Leader@ is a dynamic, in-depth training for people who want to lead with integrity and impact. Across three immersive days, we support new and experienced leaders alike to deepen their self-awareness, strengthen their team relationships, and connect their leadership to wider organisational purpose.

Day one focuses on knowing yourself — your values, your voice, and how you show up under pressure. Day two explores knowing your team — how to create psychological safety, harness motivation, and lead others with emotional clarity and confidence. Day three invites you to know your organisation — to lead with vision, align with values, and foster creativity and adaptability in a changing world.

LeadYourself@ is a powerful two-day course designed for people working in horizontal or collaborative structures — where leading well means leading yourself. Whether you’re heading up a project, working across departments, or wanting to show up with more courage, clarity and influence — this is for you.

Grounded in the principles of self-leadership, the course supports participants to take ownership of their own development, build confidence and communication skills, and foster peer-to-peer trust and accountability. It’s about bringing your whole self to work — aligning personal purpose with organisational progress — and becoming a generative force within your team or workplace.
